Our new Studio Apartments are spacious with ensuite bathroom, shower, Air Conditioner (AC) free Wifi and LED TV. They have Queen size bed and 1 single bed. It is fully equipped with modern kitchen facilities with microwaves, fridge, gas stoves, toaster and all the cooking equipment. Suitable for all travellers and is spacious enough to host a family of 4 or 5 comfortably. Stunning views of Aizawl city and the surrounding mountains and valleys from the large windows and balcony.

1. All discounted bookings are non refundable. Date change is permitted, subject to rooms availability.
2. Non discounted bookings, Cancellation before 30 days of arrival are fully refundable.
3. Non discounted bookings, cancelled before 3 days of arrival are 50% refundable.
4. Non discounted bookings, cancelled on or after 3 days before arrival are non refundable. Example: Check in date is day 0. Your check in date is 5 November. You cancelled on 1st Nov (4 days before arrival) you get 50% refund. You cancelled on 2 Nov (3 days before arrival) you get 0% refund.
5. Date change is permitted subject to room availability anytime before check in date.
6. Date change on check in date will incur 1 night stay fee.
7. Refunds will be processed in original mode of payment.

Child Policy : Guests aged 12 or younger are considered as children and stay free with accompanying adult, up to 1 child. Any additional child will be charged INR 500 per night, and will be provided additional floor mattress on request.
Extra Guest Policy: INR 700 per night for any additional guests and will be provided floor mattress on request.
